FirmPilot is hiring an Implementation Specialist to own the client onboarding experience from post-sale handoff through full platform deployment and ongoing support. The role coordinates internal resources, configures platform access and marketing automation, guides legal teams through technical setup, troubleshoots integrations, maintains implementation documentation, and identifies opportunities to improve implementation efficiency. Candidates need at least four years of implementation, client onboarding, or technical account management experience, along with experience with web-based platforms, CRM tools, form builders, analytics tools, or martech systems. The role offers a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 plus health, dental, and vision coverage.
