The role reports to the Area Services Manager and involves client interaction, scope completion, solution configuration validation, customer support, and team assistance. Candidates need at least seven years of data protection experience, preferably hands-on Commvault experience, along with consulting, storage, cloud, database, backup software, and certification qualifications.
