ABiLITY is hiring a full-time Implementation Specialist to support individuals with developmental disabilities by overseeing individualized support plans, coordinating with families and service providers, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership and training to Direct Support Professionals. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a valid Missouri Class E Chauffeur's License, and several required certifications. It is an in-person position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility, and pays $23 per hour.
