Mountain Pass is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support the deployment and adoption of SmartPath, a SaaS-based faculty information system for higher education institutions. The role partners with clients to gather requirements, manage implementation plans and schedules, configure and test software, conduct UAT and quality assurance, deliver training and support, document processes, and collaborate with implementation, support, and development teams. Candidates should have relevant education or experience, SaaS deployment knowledge, customer service experience, familiarity with tools such as GitHub, HTML, Excel, and AI-assisted development, and strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
