Ashby is hiring a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist, Americas (PST) to manage and execute end-to-end implementations for new strategic and predominantly enterprise customers. The role involves developing implementation plans, coordinating stakeholders, delivering onboarding, supporting complex configurable B2B SaaS products, managing change, advising on best practices, and collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations. The position is remote-first, requires Pacific Time Zone availability, and may involve less than 10% travel for strategic customer engagements.
