Description
Bobyard is hiring an Implementation Specialist to own the kickoff, configuration, training, and ongoing adoption of new mid-market construction customers. The role manages a high-volume portfolio of concurrent launches, trains estimators, project managers, and field staff, documents account context, identifies stalled accounts, and provides product and training feedback. Candidates should have at least two years of customer-facing SaaS experience, strong written communication, hands-on software configuration skills, and interest in construction or trades; vertical SaaS, CRM, construction, or bilingual experience is preferred. The position offers a $85,000–$100,000 base salary plus equity and is based on-site in San Francisco.
