Catalis is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support ERP and municipal-government software implementations. The role focuses on meeting clients after a sale, developing project plans, coordinating installation and configuration, communicating with clients and the Customer Success team, tracking deliverables and milestones, and ensuring timely delivery. The position is on-site in Edmonton, requires prior implementation-specialist experience, technical knowledge, Microsoft Office and SQL proficiency, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer-service skills; accounting or municipal finance experience is an asset.
