Circadia Health is hiring a full-time Implementation Specialist to lead on-site implementation and support of its healthcare monitoring platform in skilled-nursing facilities. The role assesses facilities, creates implementation plans, installs and troubleshoots devices, trains clinical and frontline staff, develops champions, coordinates with internal teams, and documents compliance and utilization data. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, independent project management, and willingness to travel up to 75%. The anticipated annual base salary is $75,000 to $100,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
