Description
Corpay is hiring an Implementation Specialist for its Corporate Payments division in Brentwood, Tennessee, with an approximately 80% remote work arrangement and an assigned workspace on Thursdays. The role manages end-to-end customer account implementations, validates onboarding documentation, leads consultative customer conversations, configures Salesforce and other systems using macros, scripts, and APIs, monitors implementation status, performs quality assurance, and delivers customer training. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and at least two years of professional experience, with customer implementation or account-management experience preferred.
