Description
The PRM Implementation Consultant guides clients through PRM solution implementation, configures and customizes platforms, conducts discovery sessions, manages timelines, documents requirements, provides technical guidance, collaborates with internal teams, trains client teams, troubleshoots issues, and supports onboarding and adoption. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or a related field, strong technical aptitude, project management and communication skills, client-facing technical experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
