FieldPulse is hiring a full-time Implementation Specialist to work in-office at its Dallas headquarters. The role owns customer onboarding and platform implementation, guides trades customers through change, conducts training, troubleshoots product limitations, manages implementation timelines, and collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Candidates need at least one year of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role, along with project management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and technology skills.
