Implementation Specialist at Hugohub

The Implementation Specialist is HugoHub’s primary client-facing programme owner, responsible for taking a client from signed contract through a fully stabilised, live deployment. The role owns the client relationship and programme from discovery and scoping through planning, configuration, testing, UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, and handover, while coordinating Solution Engineering, Engineering, Design, TPM, Product, Compliance, QA, and Customer Success. It requires strong programme management, technical acumen, client communication, risk management, and cross-functional influence, with an ideal candidate having 3 to 5 years of experience.
