Description
Medicom is hiring an Implementation Specialist to deliver its enterprise imaging platform at new customer sites. The role installs and configures Connect and ImageX, builds and troubleshoots DICOM, HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and SSO integrations, manages 17–25 active customer projects, leads technical kickoffs and training, supports go-lives and hypercare, and coordinates with customer IT, security, PACS, VNA, RIS, and EHR teams. The position requires at least three years of healthcare IT experience and two years of production experience configuring and troubleshooting DICOM and HL7 v2 interfaces.
