The Patient Portal Specialist will implement and configure the IMSCare Patient Portal, customize webforms and Quick Note features, train clients, provide ongoing product support, manage issue and improvement cases, and coordinate with internal teams. The role is onsite in Cebu City, scheduled from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and pays PHP 22,000–23,000 monthly plus a PHP 5,000 new-hire bonus.
