Metaview is hiring its first Implementation Specialist to own customer onboarding for its AI recruiting platform. The role manages new customer implementations from configuration through training, adoption, and steady-state use; builds customer-specific agent prompts, interview-process templates, and ATS integrations; and creates reusable onboarding assets. The position requires project management, product fluency, configuration and integration skills, training and behavior-change ability, and systems thinking, with B2B SaaS implementation experience preferred but not required.
