Moab is hiring Implementation Specialists for its Business Operations team to guide equipment dealer and rental customers through platform adoption. The role involves teaching customers how Moab works, mapping existing workflows, leading mid-market implementations from kickoff to go-live, embedding with enterprise strike teams, coordinating data migration, tracking implementation milestones, and improving implementation processes. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, customer onboarding, or a similar customer-facing role, along with patience, empathy, communication skills, organization, and process orientation.
