NAVEX is hiring an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through the implementation of its integrated risk and compliance management software. The role owns a book of implementation projects, manages timelines and deliverables, coordinates internal and external resources, configures customer software, delivers online meetings and training, maintains project records, and forecasts completion. It requires at least two years of experience in customer service, project management, or implementation, along with strong organization, communication, customer relationship, Microsoft Office, and multitasking skills. The role is hybrid and offers a starting salary of 40,000 GBP per annum.
