Nestmed is hiring an Implementation Specialist to own end-to-end enterprise rollouts of its AI healthcare documentation platform for large, multi-branch home health and hospice organizations. The role covers rollout strategy, phased go-lives, timelines, training and enablement at scale, executive and cross-functional relationship management, adoption and change management, usage monitoring, and clinician advocacy. Candidates need at least seven years of implementation, training, or customer success experience, a record of managing complex multi-location rollouts, strong project management and executive communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 20% within the United States.
