Description
Odyssey is hiring an Implementation Specialist to join an implementation pod and work with an Implementation Manager on onboarding and long-term customer success for Education Savings Account and school choice programs. The role owns project workstreams, manages stakeholder relationships, executes deployments, contributes to a scalable deployment playbook, and proactively identifies risks and blockers. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success, strong communication and technical skills, and experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools. The position requires full-time authorization to work in the United States and offers a salary of $70,000–$90,000 plus medical, dental, vision, health services, short-term disability, and unlimited PTO.
