Description
PermitFlow is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support onboarding for mid-market and enterprise accounts, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success. The role owns end-to-end onboarding, enterprise workstreams, customer communication, training, adoption, milestone tracking, and onboarding process documentation. It is a hybrid position based in New York with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, up to 25% travel, and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
