Rain is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support onboarding new business customers across its stablecoin payments platform. The role involves understanding customer needs, integrating company accounts, troubleshooting issues, analyzing onboarding performance, designing workflows, and collaborating with sales, solutions, operations, compliance, and product teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0–2 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or a similar role; financial-services or credit-card experience, SQL, and customer onboarding knowledge are desirable.
