Description

The Implementation Specialist leads customer-facing onboarding and implementation projects for CommunityPass and CyberGolf, coordinating discovery, configuration, integrations, training, go-live, and transition activities. The role manages multiple concurrent projects, mitigates risks, partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, and requires at least three years of relevant professional services or SaaS implementation experience. The position is remote in the United States and offers a base salary of $55,000 to $60,000.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in professional services, software implementation, customer onboarding, consulting, project management, or a related customer-facing SaaS role.
Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience facilitating business process discovery and translating customer requirements into implementation plans and software solutions.
Experience delivering customer training and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Experience working within a Professional Services Automation platform such as Kantata or a similar project management and implementation tracking solution.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software solutions in a customer-facing consulting or professional services environment.
Experience with recreation management, golf operations, municipal, education, nonprofit, membership management, or association management software.
Experience with software configuration, testing, and data migration activities.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or association management systems.
Knowledge of implementation methodologies and project management best practices.
Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
Experience working in a customer consulting or professional services organization.
