Description
Transit Technologies is hiring an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to own the operational execution of client implementations from kickoff through post-launch follow-up. The role coordinates clients and internal teams, facilitates training and milestones, manages risks and timelines, supports account setup and platform access, and continuously improves onboarding processes and playbooks. The position is execution-focused and complements Client Success Managers, who retain ownership of long-term account strategy after onboarding.
