Versaterm is hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead complex, independent public safety software implementations. The role covers end-to-end deployment, scoping, configuration, testing, training, go-live support, client communication, issue resolution, mentoring, process improvement, and pre-sales support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 3–5+ years of software implementation or related client-facing experience, strong project and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to travel to client sites. The position requires a Government of Canada security clearance and legal authorization to work in Canada.
