Versaterm is hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead complex, independent public safety software implementations. The role covers end-to-end deployment, scoping, configuration, testing, training, go-live support, client communication, issue resolution, project management, mentoring, and pre-sales support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 3–5+ years of software implementation or related client-facing experience, strong project and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to travel to client sites. Public safety work requires CJIS compliance, a fingerprint-based background check, and potentially additional security clearances.
