FirmPilot is hiring an Implementation Specialist to own client onboarding from post-sale handoff through deployment and ongoing platform support. The role involves coordinating implementations, configuring marketing automation and integrations, guiding legal-industry clients through setup, troubleshooting web and third-party tools, maintaining implementation documentation, and partnering with Product and Customer Success to improve delivery. Candidates need at least four years of implementation, client onboarding, or technical account management experience, with experience in web platforms, CRM, analytics, martech, and preferably HTML, Google Analytics, WordPress, Elementor, and CallRail. The position offers a $90,000–$110,000 annual base salary and employee health, dental, and vision coverage.
