Description
Perk is hiring an Implementation Specialist to guide Premium and Pro customers through signup, platform configuration, rollout, training, and launch in Italian and other emerging markets. The role owns implementation plans, customer requirements, integrations, troubleshooting, adoption, early booking activity, and onboarding records, while collaborating with customer stakeholders and internal teams. It is a permanent assignment based in the Barcelona office, requires full professional proficiency in Italian, relevant implementation or related experience, and at least six months in the current Perk role.
