Bandwidth is hiring an Implementation Specialist to manage post-sale implementations for standard customer accounts, support onboarding and customer education, configure Bandwidth systems, conduct quality assurance, document workflows, and coordinate with customers and internal teams. The role requires 0–2 years of relevant implementation, project coordination, or technical customer-facing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel occasionally.
