Muni-Link is hiring an entry-level Implementation Specialist I to manage utility billing software implementations for new clients. The role covers client relationship management, process analysis, instance setup, configuration, testing, data migration support, training, bug and feature tracking, project coordination, and post-implementation support. The position is based in Altoona, Pennsylvania, with Monday-Friday office hours, limited travel, and no U.S. work authorization sponsorship.
