Description
VertexOne is hiring an Implementation Specialist II to lead utility customer-facing SaaS implementations, including AMI presentation, data analytics, communications, and call-center digitization. The role analyzes business requirements, creates functional and design specifications, coordinates workshops and testing, supports software development, troubleshoots production issues, and serves as the primary client liaison. It requires utility or utility consulting experience, at least four years of business analysis or implementation specialist experience, and knowledge of CIS, billing, ERP, SQL, APIs, and project management.
