Retarus is hiring an Implementation Specialist (m/f/d) – Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) in Timisoara, Romania, and Erfurt, Germany. The role implements customer-specific IDP solutions end-to-end, including workflows, extraction rules, validation, business logic, EDI or API integrations, secure connectivity, testing, workshops, documentation, and go-live preparation. Candidates need experience with technical implementations, onboarding, consulting, or integration work, knowledge of APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, VPNs, and networking, strong communication and analytical skills, and excellent English; German is a strong plus.
