Coda is hiring a Junior Implementation Specialist to support publishers and merchants through the full integration lifecycle of its payment and commerce products. The role covers sandbox and portal setup, API and configuration troubleshooting, go-live coordination, UAT support, launch monitoring, automated reporting, discrepancy investigation, documentation, and handover to Technical Support. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, API integration knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and native Mandarin with professional Chinese reading and writing skills plus fluent English.
