Description
The Implementation Specialist – Preroll serves as a technical expert for preroll manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices across multiple sites. The role drives process optimization, supports product development and benchtop R&D, resolves production issues, manages electronic batch records, trains production teams, develops SOPs and work instructions, analyzes quality data, and supports site readiness and technology transfer. Candidates should have an associate’s degree in science, engineering, or a related STEM discipline, extensive preroll production and development experience, knowledge of cannabis or hemp manufacturing, laboratory and GMP practices, advanced math skills, and familiarity with OSHA guidelines. The role requires extensive travel, including up to 70% as needed, and candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid state ID, and obtain applicable cannabis-industry badging.
