Description
The Implementation Specialist – Professional Services delivers end-user training for Censis surgical asset-management applications, including CensiTrac, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac, and CensiTrac Analytics. The role supports client data and hardware testing, identifies installation and software issues, provides demonstrations and in-services, maintains implementation reports, and may assist with hardware installation and operational readiness validations. It requires strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office experience, and a bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems or equivalent experience; healthcare implementation experience and sterile-processing certification are preferred. The position may require weekend or overnight shifts and travel up to 75%, with a stated salary range of 47,600.00 to 71,400.00.
