AcuStaf is hiring a full-time Implementation Specialist in Bloomington, Minnesota, with remote work and up to 50% average travel. The role implements AcuStaf staffing and scheduling solutions for clients, including business process analysis, requirements translation, application configuration, testing, deployment, training, documentation, troubleshooting, and hand-off. The specialist will also support pre-sales, client relationships, project delivery, process improvement, and internal training. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Communications, or four years of relevant experience, at least one year of software-as-a-service implementation experience, project leadership or functional consulting experience, business analysis and integration experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills.
