Tekion is hiring an Implementation Specialist, internally titled Business Solutions Analyst I, to support the delivery and implementation of scalable solutions within its Professional Services organization. The role involves gathering business requirements, documenting processes, supporting configuration and testing, creating user documentation, tracking project milestones, and performing basic data analysis. The position requires 90% travel, 2–4 years of experience implementing Automotive Fixed software, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and process-mapping tools; a Calgary location is preferred.
