H Company is hiring an Implementation Strategist to serve as the strategic link between customers and its engineering team. The role analyzes customer data to identify high-impact multi-step tasks for automation, partners with Forward Deployed Engineers on solution integration, coordinates training, delivers demos, and presents results to strategic audiences. The position is based in the United States, preferably in the San Francisco Bay area, New York, or Austin, with up to 50% travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements.
