The role supports new defined-benefit pension scheme implementations by checking data, coordinating with third-party administrators and operational teams, managing onboarding and buyout sign-offs, handling transition queries, and supporting monthly transition reporting. Candidates need defined-benefit pension administration experience, knowledge of pension systems and bulk annuities, strong accuracy and communication skills, and analytical ability; pension-industry experience is beneficial.
