Description
Nominal is hiring an implementation leader to personally lead complex customer go-live implementations while hiring, managing, and mentoring an implementation team. The role combines technical advisory work, integrations, process design, customer onboarding, product feedback, and leadership across Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Sales. It requires 5+ years of relevant experience, B2B SaaS and fintech experience, strong technical and process skills, and fluency in English, with domestic and occasional international travel.
