Description
Curve Dental is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to coach, mentor, and support the implementation team. The role oversees implementation processes, coordinates work across implementation, training, and data services teams, resolves conflicts, monitors project status and milestones, conducts coaching and training, maintains team records and performance metrics, and develops implementation content and knowledge-base materials. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service and project management experience, and preferably prior experience with medical or dental software.
