Clearwater Analytics is hiring a Team Lead to manage and develop an Implementation and Delivery team in Frankfurt while also acting as a sponsor for client onboarding projects. The role combines people leadership with hands-on delivery, including performance management, project reviews, KPI tracking, process improvement, and coordination with product, development, and global operational teams. Candidates need strong finance or fintech project delivery experience, people-management experience, German and English fluency, and proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Workday, and Power BI.
