Description

The Role of the IMPO UAM Authorization Specialist at Johnson & Johnson involves strengthening user access security and compliance across global SAP S4 systems, supporting the J&J Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend program's goal of modernizing business processes via SAP S/4 HANA. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing UAM strategies, conducting data validations, troubleshooting SAP security issues, and ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6-8 years of experience in UAM, especially within an enterprise risk management framework.
Experience with at least one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation, including Fiori expertise.
Demonstrated expert knowledge in SAP GRC Access Control and Identity Management tools.
Proficient understanding of SAP authorization principles, SoD mitigation, and remediation methods.
Experience in managing risk matrices/rule sets, data analysis, conversion, and migration tasks.
Preferred Qualifications: An understanding of business functions and their associated usage by business partners.
Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or comparable sectors.
Prior involvement in extensive SAP implementation projects.
Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role, overseeing activities across various functional streams.
Demonstrated leadership capability focused on embracing innovation and change, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate with team members of diverse technical backgrounds, with effective communication skills towards management, colleagues, and teammates.
