Description
The Import & Export Coordinator will organize, coordinate, and follow up on international import and export shipments across air, road, and other transport modes. Responsibilities include maintaining customer contact, booking transport, preparing transport and customs documents, sending pre-alerts, tracking shipments from departure to delivery, and managing delays or operational changes. The role requires fluent Dutch and professional French and English, strong communication and independent-working skills, and customer-oriented, solution-oriented, accurate, conscientious, and flexible qualities; initial logistics, forwarding, or transport experience is welcome, while IATA Dangerous Goods knowledge is an asset.
