The role owns import strategy, customer and sales partnerships, operational excellence, compliance and risk, financial performance, people development, systems, reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience, leadership experience, strong import and customs knowledge, and familiarity with automation, Microsoft technologies, APIs, and basic AI concepts. The expected base salary is $70,304.00, with bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
