Description
The Customs Brokerage Specialist supports Deringer’s Buffalo team by processing and integrating customer data, resolving billing and shipment-tracking issues, and clearing goods into the United States through customs and PGA entries. The role reviews commercial invoices and regulatory documentation, coordinates shipments with carriers and forwarders, maintains customer and vendor communication, handles accounting processes, and ensures compliance with U.S. government agencies. It requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of Northern Border Brokerage experience, offers a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time schedule, and pays $19.00–$24.00 per hour.
