The Customs Brokerage Specialist supports Deringer’s Sweetgrass, Montana team by processing and integrating customer data, resolving billing and shipment-tracking issues, and clearing goods into the United States through customs and PGA entries. The role reviews commercial invoices and regulatory documentation, coordinates shipments with carriers and forwarders, maintains customer and vendor communication, handles accounting processes, and ensures compliance with U.S. government agencies. It follows a Monday-Friday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM schedule with an on-call rotation, requires a high school diploma or GED and Microsoft 365 proficiency, and pays $19.00-$24.00 per hour.
