Description
The Customs Brokerage Specialist supports the Highgate, Vermont team by processing and assimilating customer data to move goods across international borders. Responsibilities include preparing customs bonds, bills of lading, classification and release reports, and other import documentation; handling turnover documents, internal transfers, and in-bond movements; and managing confidential information. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, recent customs brokerage experience, and previous experience keying entries, with preferred certification, EDI, and PGA experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, with hourly compensation of $19.00 to $30.00 depending on experience and education.
