Description
The Import Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations for a brick-manufacturing and import/export company, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, safety compliance, ERP and logistics systems, and KPI reporting. The role also supervises, trains, schedules, and evaluates warehouse staff while coordinating with customer service, sales, and other departments. Candidates need at least five years of supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related operations experience, three years of supervisory experience, ERP proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
