Description
Cencora is hiring a Senior Imports Agent to support global logistics and storage services through its World Courier business. The role manages import operations from initial enquiries through shipment recovery and final clearance, including customs clearance, CDS, customs declarations, inbound and outbound freight processes, re-labelling, stock balancing, and relocations. The position requires knowledge of customs, import licensing, TMS systems, strong communication and decision-making skills, and experience liaising with clients, service providers, regulatory bodies, and customs authorities. It is a full-time role with an 8.5-hour daily schedule across a 40-hour week, Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to midnight, with some flexibility.
