Glava is hiring an Improvement Manager in Askim to support the factory organization in developing world-class manufacturing through Saint-Gobain’s World Class Manufacturing program. The role leads and facilitates improvement projects, identifies opportunities, supports managers and employees with improvement methods, coordinates with the WCM network, and follows up on digital tools. Candidates should have systematic improvement and project experience, familiarity with Lean, TPM, WCM, or similar methodologies, production knowledge, strong problem-solving and engagement skills, and proficiency in Norwegian and English. The position reports to the Factory Manager and offers flexible working hours, pension and insurance plans, and fitness facilities.
